Servicing Residential, Commercial and Industrial Customers For Over 25 Years
“We have been using Fast Trac Excavating for over 15 years now and are extremely happy with their service ! The operators are very courteous, experienced and careful. They really take pride in their work which is hard to find these days and are team players. We will continue to use them.”
“The Fast Trac team is conscientious, pleasant, dependable, thorough and extremely hard-working. They look out for OUR best interests and take pride in their work. Craig and Darryl have managed our projects, and we are particularly pleased with their dedication and quality of work. We appreciate their support and understanding to resolve any issues that come along.
We highly recommend Fast Trac.”
“As a homeowner and business owner over the past 22 years, I’ve had work done by Fast Trac on various projects, including excavation, concrete breaking, site services, oil tank removal, drainage, foundation, framing, grading and landscaping. I’ve recommended Fast Trac to friends and neighbors and only had positive experiences with them as they bring solid knowledge and high quality workmanship to the project. I plan to continue contracting with Fast Trac as the need arises.”
“Fast Trac has done several projects for us since we built our house in 2002. After receiving all of the bids for our site work (excavation, demolition, foundation and driveway) we contacted Fast Trac because they are a local business with an A+ BBB rating and were very helpful and informative. They kept to the price, always show up when they say they are going to, have experienced personnel and very conscientious in their work. They always answer their phones giving us guidance each time, which is very helpful. We would definitely hire Fast Trac again.”
“For over 22 years I have been affiliated with Fast Trac in an independent engineering and land surveying capacity. Their work has always been above average and consistent in regards to methods of construction and attention to detail. On the more complex projects, my time spent inspecting and checking their work for construction compliance with plans and specifications is less than most all excavating contractors because Fast Trac holds and maintains a high quality of workmanship.”
“I needed a cherry tree stump removed and a bit of drainage put in my front yard. I decided to call in Fast Trac Bobcat and Excavating to do the job. Someone came by to get an idea of the scope of work and I was given a quote. Work was started about a week or two later. The stump and surrounding large roots were completely removed (not just ground down), and the drainage was put in. Two issues arose during the digging for the drainage, an irrigation system leak that was difficult to shut off and a water main across the drainage path required some manual digging, both of which delayed completion of the job, but the job was still completed within the time frame given, and the debris was completely removed to our satisfaction and all at slightly below quote. Fast Trac did a good job and I am quite pleased with the results.”
“We recently had our large in ground pool demolished. From the quote to the completed project FAST TRAC was there when we needed them. The operator and truck driver were polite and professional and ensured that our neighborhood was as undisturbed as possible when performing the heavy work. Our new back yard looks great- Thanks FAST TRAC!”
Safe & Efficient Oil Tank Removal
Did you know that by law as a property owner, you are responsible for removing underground oil storage tanks (UST) that:
- Are not required
- Have been out of service for at least two years
It is important to call on a professional to remove or decommission your underground oil tank. If the tank is not removed professionally, the tank may corrode and contaminate the surrounding soil and groundwater. Underground oil tanks can also hurt the value of your property and could have legal ramifications.
Even if you aren’t planning on selling your home in the immediate future, it pays to remove an oil tank on the property sooner than later. The average life span of an underground tank is 15 – 20 years. After that, corrosion builds up and the tank can start leaking. If and when that happens, it can be more expensive to remove and municipalities will hold you responsible for the clean up.
Reasons a property owner may remove their residential heating oil storage tank:
- due diligence
- improve the environmental conditions of their property
- satisfy a lender, prospective purchaser, insurance agent or local government
- remove high risk conditions
avoid a negative impact to property value
Our experienced team will save you time and money because they are experts at what they do.
Will you get the cheapest hourly rate with Fast Trac? Probably not.
Will you get a fair price for a job done right? Absolutely.
The old saying “you get what you pay for” is especially true when removing oil tanks where mistakes can cost $1000s in extra clean-up costs. While you can find lower hourly rates from one-operator companies with a single machine, the combination of our experienced operators and extensive equipment fleet results in better work done quicker with Fast Trac.
We have an excellent track record for delivering great work, on time and on budget, with no hassles and no surprises; and we have the customer testimonials and a Better Business Bureau A+ rating to back it up.
